Refund Policy

Holdfast Steel provides custom-built steel carports and related outdoor structures. Because each project is made to order, refunds are handled carefully to account for materials purchased, labour booked, and work already completed. Our goal is always to be fair, transparent, and respectful of your time and investment.

Refunds depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

• Before materials are ordered:
  A partial refund may be issued, minus any administrative or design costs incurred.

• After materials are ordered:
  Refunds may be limited or unavailable, depending on supplier policies and whether materials can be returned.

• After installation has begun:
  Refunds are generally not available, as labour, transport, and materials have already been committed.

Any changes or variations to the project may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.
