These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the service relationship between Holdfast Steel (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any customer or visitor (“you”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Holdfast Steel provides custom steel carports and related steel structure services in South Australia. All work is carried out to the best of our ability using quality materials and professional installation practices.

Quotes, timeframes and project details may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and client changes made during the project.

• All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time.

• Additional costs may apply if unexpected issues arise (e.g., site changes, adjustments, engineering requirements, custom materials).

• Prices do not include council approvals unless specifically stated.

• A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion.

• Deposits are used to secure materials and schedule installation.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to make payment may result in delays, cancellation, or legal recovery action.

• Holdfast Steel accepts payment via bank transfer or other approved methods.

• If you wish to cancel your project:

• Cancellations made before materials are ordered may receive a partial refund (minus admin or design costs).

• If materials have been purchased, the deposit may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on supplier policies.

• Once installation has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
